TES Riders Compete at Zone 6 Dressage Finals
The TES IEA Dressage Team, coached by the talented Karina Lyons, a USDF L judge, Board Certified Integrative Life Coach, and Hypnotherapist, is gearing up for the highly anticipated Zone 6 Dressage Finals at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center on March 1st and 2nd. This prestigious event will bring together top teams from California, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon, all vying for the chance to compete at the national level. Karina brings a unique mindset coaching approach to the team, helping riders overcome mental barriers and perform at their best.
A Year-Round Commitment
The TES IEA Dressage Team forms every year in July, and the competition season runs through the fall. The post-season, including the Zone Finals, is held in early spring. Riders have been working hard all year to get to this point, and we’re incredibly proud of their dedication and perseverance.
Qualification for Zone Finals
To qualify for the Zone Finals, our riders had to participate in up to five competitions, earning points based on their placements. In total, individual riders needed 15 points to secure their spot at the Zone 6 Finals, and we’re thrilled to see three TES riders make the cut!

We’re thrilled to announce that Andrea will be the official show secretary for the IEA Zone Finals, and we’re lucky to have her overseeing the event. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensures everything runs smoothly, and we’re grateful for her leadership on the team.
The Road to Nationals
The stakes are high this year! The winner of the Zone 6 Finals will advance to compete in the IEA National Dressage Finals in St. Louis, Missouri, on April 24th and 25th. This is a huge opportunity for our riders, and we’re thrilled to support them every step of the way.

We invite you to come out and cheer on the TES riders at the Zone 6 Dressage Finals! This is a free event, and we’d love to have your support as our team competes. The competition will be held in the Equidome, located on the other side of the property from
TES. TES will be competing in the following classes:
Saturday afternoon: Intermediate Test Class
Sunday morning: Open Test Class
Sunday afternoon: Two Novice Test Classes
