IEA Zone 6 Finals Results & Rider Highlights
Individual Rider Highlights:
Qualifying for Regional Finals alone is a major accomplishment, and for Liv, Edyn, and Aly to earn their spots in competition is a testament to the hard work, perseverance, and patience they have demonstrated all season. Along with refining their technique, they have been practicing visualization, breathing, and other mindset tools to stay calm, focused, and ready to perform when it truly counts.
Liv: Competing in Open, the highest level in the league, Liv had to overcome a setback from her last show. Rather than letting it shake her confidence, she showed incredible resilience. The result? The best test she has ever ridden—executed with complete focus and ease, as if she was simply flowing through the movements.
Edyn: Competing at the Intermediate level, Edyn had the unique advantage of drawing a familiar partner, Connecticut (Forrest), one of TES’s school horses. Her ability to stay centered and in the moment led to a harmonious, fluid test, earning her a top-half finish in her class.
Aly: This season has been a whirlwind of firsts for Aly—from winning three blues at her very first show to qualifying for both Futures Novice Test and Dressage Seat Equitation at Regionals. With each new challenge, she has mastered the ability to keep her composure and use breathing techniques and mental rehearsal to stay focused. That showed in her rides at Finals, where she maintained an elegant, steady seat even while riding a feisty little cob named Owain. Her ability to stay grounded under pressure is just as impressive as her elegance in the saddle.
Edyn finished 6th in her division.
Liv placed 10th in her division.
Allison competed in two classes, earning 7th place in one and 8th place in the other.
These rankings reflect their placement among top riders from California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, showcasing their talent in a highly competitive field.

Teamwork Behind the Scenes
Big competitions don’t happen without a strong support system, and our TES team members Ava, Sam, Verona, Daria, Leni, and Alexis were champions behind the scenes. They gave their time and energy, helping with everything from keeping the horses settled in the dome to grooming, tacking up, and assisting with show details alongside Andrea. Their commitment and sportsmanship made a huge difference, proving that a great team isn’t just about the riders in the ring—it’s about the ones who encourage and support each other every step of the way.
The True MVPs: The TES School Horses
The TES school horses played a crucial role in the success of our team, demonstrating their skill, patience, and heart throughout the competition. This season, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Dakota, Pennsylvania, and Uni represented TES with incredible performances, helping our riders achieve outstanding results.

These incredible horses are the backbone of our program, teaching riders not just how to ride but how to listen, adjust, and form true partnerships.

A Huge Thank You to Our Riders, Coaches & Supporters!
